Another great form of self care is through massage. It is my pleasure to offer you a relaxing massage, or as I like to call it call a mmmassage. My massage style is a mixture of Swedish, myofascial therapy and deep tissue.
In your massage, soft Mediterranean music plays in the background along with the the gentle sound of water cascading down a miniature fountain. The soft and subtle smell of lavender, ylang ylang, or citrus offers your senses a moment to relax and center yourself. A warm heated table along with a selection of high quality products (oil, lotion, creams) are used to give you a most relaxing and pleasant massage experience.
I am centrally located and have a private, relaxing and warm home studio near Union Square / FiDi / Downtown and a FiDi office also for your convenience.
